These terms apply to the Real Estate Unlocked main site, Sidekick membership interest and deal-review features, learning-store referrals, and construction quote connections.

Educational information only

Books, tools, examples, ARV discussions, deal comments, and other materials are general educational information. They are not an appraisal, inspection, broker price opinion, offer, fiduciary service, legal, tax, accounting, lending, construction, or investment advice. Verify property-specific facts with qualified professionals.

No promises or guarantees

Real estate and construction involve substantial risk. We do not guarantee income, profit, savings, financing, deal approval, deal availability, ARV, repair cost, purchase offers, wholesale or assignment fees, contractor availability, prices, schedules, workmanship, permits, or any other result.

Sidekick membership

The proposed founding membership offers two options: a $1,000 prepaid annual plan covering one year, or a $100 monthly plan that may be canceled before the next billing cycle to stop future charges. Both are intended to include up to 10 member-submitted ARV/deal reviews per month and access to the growing Real Estate Unlocked library while active. The annual option saves $200 compared with twelve monthly payments. An interest application does not activate membership and does not charge you. Final checkout, renewal, cancellation, refund, access, and usage terms will be presented before enrollment.

Optional property interest

Selecting property-purchase interest only asks us to decide whether we may want further information. It creates no offer, agency relationship, brokerage agreement, entitlement to compensation, or obligation to buy. Any purchase, assignment, referral, or wholesale payment requires a separate written agreement and compliance with applicable law.

Construction quote connections

A requested date and time are not confirmed until someone follows up. Contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Real Estate Unlocked. A connection is not an endorsement or guarantee. Before hiring, verify current registration, bond, insurance, references, scope, permits, pricing, schedule, warranties, and the written agreement. Washington customers can use the Department of Labor & Industries verification tool.
